AVI to GIF
Anyone have a decent program so i can covert avi or any video files to gif animations, with ease?

There used to be alot of programs that did it. Have you tried irfanview. I think it may have a plugin that does it... though I'm not 100% sure.

Ulead Gif animator lets you import movies and convert them to gif. I'm not sure what movie file types it supports because the computer that it was installed on isn't working atm. Worth looking into though.

yeh it works on AVI's
you may find the program will crash if you have the 3ivx driver installed tho, so you may wanna remove that :P
