Any idea if these are for Conroes as well as AMD's? It doesn't state that in either of the update sites.

ntkrnlpa.exe checks in both hotfixes for:
"CyrixInstead GenuineIntel AuthenticAMD GenuineTMx86 CentaurHauls RiseRiseRise"

KB924441 is older and probably just there to annoy/confuse users :P
so i will use KB896256
