style xp

i was able to change my start button color with style xp but the version of style xp was a trial version i guess, as my button has gone back to the default green color. am i going to have to buy style xp or is there another way around this? i have a few trial version software on my pc for various things, but they still work to a point even after the trial period expires. does anyone know if style xp is supposed to do this too? is there a way to change the start buton color without using style xp? is there like an alternative program that i could use instead that works like style xp does or is style xp the only one availible?
