Retry ,select option to proceed or quit

omit sector
replace with all zeros
eplace with user data all zeros
replace with erroneous sectror

what do these mean and which of the 4 options should i choose? i wanna play without and weird stuff going on so if anyone can tell me what i should do it would help alot.
