emule errors

It appears that everytime I finish receiving the file I get these 2 error messages on the emule log:

1) Error: the file known2_64.met is corrupted, unable to load known files
2) Failed to save AICH Hashset!

It always seems to point at known2_64.met for some reason. Does it mean that I am sending/receiving only bad data? Is this a hardware or software problem?
It seems to only have happened recently and it rarely appears in the past but now it is for every file that gets completed. Because these errors show up after the transfer is completed 100% does it mean I must redownload the whole file again?
