i got some weird problem

so this is what appears on desktop as background when i start my windows:

i scanned my pc with ad aware, spybot s&d, and norton antivirus, but its still same

i really need to solve this

It's just background anyway. Change it to something else.

could be posssible if its just like a wallpaper if you can see your desktop and shortcut icons on your screen...

Did someone else used your computer? Or did you installed an XP theme through a program? If so, maybe he/she pulled a prank on you

It seems a joke, change the wallpaper, and put a password in your user account.
