Winamp Internet TV.

I wanted to watch so anime on Internet Tv with Winamp, but after about
every 6 seconds,it goes back to buffering.
I understand it could be my dail-up,but my cousin tried it on his DSL connection
today,and the same thing happened.
Is there anyway to fix this?

They make DSL in varying speeds. A 256k or a 512k DSL connection would probably lag on streaming TV. There isn't a cable connection below 1.5m I believe.
