Annoying Windows Problem
This has become increasingly annoying, rescently i have been creating through windows Files/Folders that A good majority of my programs arnt detecting, for example iv been taking screen shots with Powerdvd, the folder i told it to save the screens too hasnt been appearing their untill i restart acouple times. another example would be with photoshop, if i create folders through the file browser or save a psd or jpg it goes one of two ways. either photoshop sees it and windows doesnt, or windows sees it and photoshop doesnt.
i ran chkdsk and it didnt pick up any bad sectors, what else could be causing this?
