When I look at my Windows XP Pro event viewer there's one service that fails everytime I log in:
Event Type: Error Event Source: Service Control Manager Event Category: None Event ID: 7000 Date: 1/1/2005 Time: 7:49:01 PM User: N/A Description: The Virtual PC Application Services service failed to start due to the following error: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. For more information, see Help and Support Center at »go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I looked on google and couldn't find information on the Virutal PC Application Service. What is this service? How do I start it back up or totally remove it from starting up? |

Good news I got the problem solved.
It turned out to be the Pocket PC emulator that was causing the issue. I just had to reinstall the emulator in the device manager and the problem was fixed. |
