when you watch anime you read those subtitles right?
can you give me a link to the software or at least its name?

Um, software to do what, display subtitles? Or did you want one to engrave the subtitles in the video?

it also depends on susbitiles format you have AFAIK all you need is here but it's in my native language, and I don't know if there's english 'option'...

How are you watching your anime?

If you're watching from a DVD, you need a DVD player that can play the DVD.

If you're watching fansubs, 95% of fansubs have the subtitles hard-coded into the video itself.

i watch fansubs but i want the software that does those subs for my personal resons

The subs for anime are hardcoded. They normally use Virtualdub to encode the subs in IIRC, but you need to create the subtitle stream first. I can't remember how they do that. Best option is to go on IRC and ask some anime group yourself.

There's one tool I know: Sub Station Alpha. I don't have the site in my bookmarks anymore, so Google it.
