iPaq 3870 Overclocking

I put it under software cause I heard somewhere that the software controlls the overclockingness. I have a iPaq 3870 and it can't run Snes games at full speed. I'm not planing on it to be able to do this, but I was wondering if I would be able to get a couple more frames out of it with overclocking. It has a StrongARM Intel processer, SA-110 (I think, maybe 1100 or 1010 or !0!! or lol or omg, something like that) and I have not been able to find anything about it. I was wondering if anyone here has found anything or could help me out. Thanks in advance.

Lite Version: How can I overclock a iPaq 3870's StrongARM processer.
