Remote Control Software for Windows
Does anyone knows if there is a software that allows me to control a remote computer with Windows OS? I needed something pretty much like Windows Remote Assistance, i wanna be able to connect whenever i want (without someone on the other side to accept the conection) and do actions like, start programs, kill programs etc. File managing i can do with an FTP but i needed something for these actions. Anyone knows anything?

What, you man like Remote Desktop, which is built into Windows XP, or Terminal services which is built into 2k?

No. No it doesn't. I use Remote Desktop to remote control Alucard all the time. You just need an account with a password on the server machine to log into remotely.

I wouldn't recommend VNC for your application, unless you want other people accessing your machine (and getting your password) as well. VNC is not encrypted, you will be sending your password across the internet unencrypted (not a good idea). However, you may be able to open an encrypted tunnel and run VNC through that (your password would be encrypted). Other alternatives: There's PC Anywhere (Have no idea if it's encrypted or not ATM... if not, it's not any better), and of course the built-in remote desktop (which, I believe, is not encrypted).
Personally, the solution I use is an SSH tunnel. Not entirely sure if SSH runs on Windows (what would it do if it did? Windows is GUI-based, ssh is command-line based), so you may need another tunnel solution. Food for thought.
