you seem to have alot of processes running. haveyou tried software to check for adware/spyware like Adaware or Spybot?

some of those processes seem fishy
is there any process that uses more then 25% of CPU?

Nope...theres no process that uses more than 25% cpu...and I check it ad-aware and nothing gets detected...and I just closed all the usless ones...and its now like this.

much better.... but check what launches at startup, you might have unwanted software that just uses CPU for nothing

110 processes running, holy cow! I thought my 20 was bad enough.

So, what was causing the problems?

110 Processes!! Wow.. I've only got like 20 going at the most at any time. That's highly unusual..
How many do you have running now ToM_E? And do you know what any of that stuff was?
