Erm well you could either rip the cds again to .ogg instead of .mp3, or if you dont own the cds leave the tracks as mp3 because otherwise your taking a file thats all ready lossed lots of imformation (from the wav to mp3) and then losing even more info from it (mp3>wav then wav>ogg)
If the sound quality isnt too important and the size is, for example if you want to make the track smaller for say a portable mp3 player then you could convert from mp3>ogg but like I said the quality will suffer a little bit. Just convert a track using cdex & see if you can hear if theres much difference as now I think about it someone sent me a high quality ogg file which I converted to mp3 and it still sounded great. |
