massive changes fast-resume, file priority system automatically saves stats and some client settings still no new GUI, been working on the engine various new features bugs fixed (as usual)

ABC will die soon, as Shad0w is making his own unifed GUI with queuing any everything .. so basiclly ABC would be come useless as its using the BitTornado engine.
