Action Replay info.

Not sure if this is the right area for this topic, but I'm sure those hardworking (and oh so sex-ay) Admins will shuffle this off to where it needs to go if that is the case.

Action Replay features the ability to turn your [console] into a "multi-region DVD player." Does the bootdisk, or whatever it uses for this, also allow PS2s to play CD-R/DVD-R as well? None of the AR sights elaborate on this, and I am very curious as that ARs are about 10 bucks cheaper than the alternative.

Hrm...I have action replay but I never tried playing other region dvds...dont even have other region dvds any ways...

Any ways Action Replay does not let you to play cd-r/dvd-r cds. If ur trying to do some illegal stuff I say get a mod chip...and I cant tell you where to get it

Nope, nothing Illegal, just trying to run It Might Be NES. I was also looking for alternatives to mod chips because I hate opening consoles and going into muck with the insides; many a good piece of hardware has been lost that way...
