WinISO question.

Here it goes. I have a bootable ISO file that is 510mb. I open it up and the ISO actually contains 1.2 gb of files. The thing is : once i extract all the files and try to make an ISO again, it makes a 1.2 gb ISO..... which is not what i want..
is there something im missing?

Re: WinISO question.

You're not using an illegal copy, are you? WinISO has been known to do weird stuff with CD images with illegal copies.

Re: WinISO question.

maybe they are just highly compressible type files, i.e. text is highly compressible
