Um, you could, say ... not update. Then once a you feels there's been enough changes you could update then :P

As for MyIE ... improve IE all you want, it still has the fundamental flaws built in (exploits, rendering errors, etc). There's a very simple reason I couldn't possibly recommend MyIE to someone. Because 95% of the spyware/adware I see at my Help Desk at school (and now even half the viruses and trojans!) were installed when someone visited a bad site with the IE engine.

You sure about that? I just run the new setup and all my settings are still there. There is a 'Config" folder in the install path. As long as that's still there, all your settings should still be there.

well i used IE for a long long time and after a short Mozilla stint, onto MyIE2, and ive never had any problems with spyware/adware/viruses/trojans. if you keep a good virus scanner and watch what you do, you'll be fine. you cant always blame the browser (although, of course, if the viruses/crap werent getting in you wouldnt have to deal with them)

Re: MyIE2 0.9.10 released

I never bother to uninstall the old version. I simply install straight over the top. I only had problems once before and none since that. I never lose my settings for it.

So true. I'll never go back standard to IE again.

Anyway, nice update. Downloading it now.
