File of activities

Is there a file on Windows XP that haves the register of all the actions realized by the user since the OS was activated. I vaguely remember there was something of the sort in Windows 95... but i dont remember exactly where and what to search for.

There's the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools, but I don't know if that's what you're looking for.
