HTML newbie needs some directions

I was just wondering if somebody could direct me to a site that provides a quick list of all HTML tags and arguments and their descriptions. I've been to a lot of tutorial sites talking about syntax and the like, but what I want is an instruction set listing of all commands/tags, kind of like Java 1.4.2 SDK's API listing in java.sun.com. Thanks!

BTW, I've found something like what I'm looking for here: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_reference.asp, but the only problem is the whole list can't be downloaded for offline browsing. Is there a site that offers this?
