Portable screen grabbers

I'm looking for a operating-system independent screen grabber that can take screen shots of an OpenGL window. Alternatively, I need one for both Windows and Linux. Also, it should not be hampered should the parent window have other windows contained within it.

Worst case scenario - I'll settle for just a Windows screen grabber, but I'm really trying to grab stuff from both OSes.

Also, I'd prefer something without a logo on it (It may obscure something important ).

Thanks

Re: Portable screen grabbers

If you want something for linux, you probably want something that can capture MesaGL shots instead. Unfortunately I never heard of a MesaGL capture tool...you might want to check this out just for the hell of it: http://ganim8.sourceforge.net/

there's also the typical Windows choices such as HyperSnap DX or SnapIt....

As someone who's using a GeForce 2, I'd think you'd know that we shouldn't use MesaGL - You use nVidia's OpenGL driver (I hope), and I should be using ATI's OpenGL driver. MesaGL is all software draw calls IIRC. However, I'll give your link a try and see what I can make of it. Thanks!
