winamp 5 blue icons

ok well i was loading up a file in winamp (pic 1) and i noticed that the icons are a pretty shade of blue. so then i checked preferences (pic 2) and it appears that the icons are fancy and XP styled with a tint of blue.

but when i go to Windows Explorer (pic 3)....my files are still white! i restarted my computer because i thought that's why it wasnt showing up, but no dice

I think the best Icon tweaker around is Microangelo.
