Athlon XP - SSE option

Should i leave it on or off??

Athlon XP's support SSE. I don't know what that option does though.

it's good to enable the sse instructions, it's not going to hurt your performance if you turn it on, it's going to be better actually...

I dont remember what sse does, but I think like mmx, it wont increase performance unless it is used by the program your running.

That's correct, SSE is similar to MMX. They are all SIMD instructions, but the main difference is that SSE works on floating point data, while MMX is only for integer numbers. I think that the option in WCPUID only affects the program itself, not all applications that use SSE. Even so, I don't see any reason why that option should be disabled.
