Free Graphics/Paint Program ...
Ive searched long and hard over the internet, trying to find a graphics program similar to psp, but free, it took time, but Im fortunate enough to say, I have found a program, thats considered to most who have used it, an alternate to psp, so in essence, Im posting this thread, so that many of you can try this program out for yourself, the name of the program is Pixia (not sure if any of you have already heard about it), none the less, its a great graphics program, and I suggest to anyone whos desperate for one, try this one out ...
