Cursor editing

Hi!
I'm bored of the standard Windows icons, and I'd like to make my own ones...
(long a ago I had a program that did it but, it was a bit weak)
so does anyone know any prog for that? (except visual studio, I don't want to install it just for that)

Well one thing you can try is a program called cursorxp. It's free, and allows you to have really funky looking cursors. It's also easier to create cursors for this than normal windows ones, becuase they are just normal png files that any semi decent art package can make. www.cursorxp.com

DLed, it's an ok prog, but I wanted one that permits me to CREATE cursors

Well you can use anything (even paint) to create them for that prog

Yeah, I noticed that

but these coursors must be used with CursorXP, which causes flickerings in my modelisation softwares

Might want to check out Microlangelo. It can edit .cur and even .ani files.
