My pc-cillin subscription finally ran out and I decided to try AVG Free edition. Is this an ok move or should I dump it and run out to buy pc-cillin 2003?
It has email scanning and all the regular protection...

I use the free version and I like it.
Its saved me from a couple of viruses in the last month. The only thing is the updater seems to have a bit of a problem at the moment. Last edited by Monkeybrains; September 20th, 2003 at 20:53. |

AVG Free works fine for me. Never had a problem with infection tho.

I used AVG for a little while, and I sorta liked it. I recently found out about avast, and I loved it even more. It does come with a free version, and is quite actively updated

kirby where can i get this free version of avast,i have mcaffe virus scanner6 but i want to try that program out.
