Redhat 9 up2date
I installed redhat 9 a few weeks back and recently a new version of up2date came out. I downloaded the rpm and used the command "rpm -Fvh up2date-*" I don't remeber the exact numbers. It failed because it required up2date-*.1 and my dist came with up2date-*.1-5. It can't uninstall or update with out this older package. I downloaded the old rpm, but it won't install because there is already a newer version. I can't uninstall up2date (using webmin) because it needs the *.1 package. Somebody out there must have run into the same problem. So if you did please tell me what you did.
Thank you

Up2date won't work unless it's the latest version. It gives SQL errors. Thanks for the reply though.
