Photoshop help

Hey guys, im tryin to make text that i write have a border outline. Something like the main logo on the ngemu.com webby using photoshop.

I use to be able to do it on psp but now i gotta learn how to do it on ps.
Does anyone know how?

uhm...while were on this topic...using paintshop pro 8 can you resize an image from 12xx by xxx pixels down to like 800/600 pixels???

Thanks

Go into the layer blending options and try "stroke". Thats a simple way to outline things.

Hm...thanks. I'll try that out. Oh yeah Reichfuher..where did you get that mobile suit picture from? looks kinda cool

From a game/dx9 demo from nvidia. Its called gunmetal.

can anyone help with my question? about resizing an image down to about 800/600 pixels?

EDIT: major mistake...im askin about PAINTSHOP pro 8...sorry

hmm i know nothing about PSP so all i can tell you is to look in there Help index. just search for "resize" or "resizing" and im sure youll find something that explains to you how to do it

i havent used psp in years but i remember being able to resize things no problem

it was a lot like APS' system iirc though
