What program would you suggest for logging which files on my pc are being accessed, deleted, and created when I am away from it?

if you go to Computer Management (under administrative tools) there's a "performance logs" and "event viewer"
im assuming you have XP<<

I need to know what is happening with my files. Keyloggers only log keystrokes which isn't necessary.
