Does anyone have the DVD driver cos i really need it I looked everyware it's not on any boot discs i got since the drive is not detecting the cd roms

You shouldn't need drivers for a drive.

why not it compety screwed up it wont work with any cd or dvd

Then the drive itself is f00ked. I lost a DVD drive that way not long ago.
