Upgrading..need help

http://secure.newegg.com/app/shoppin...sp?submit=view ignore the two links..tell how to make it the antispoiler stuff.... best comp needs a new OS..im thinking 98se...but waths the best OUTTA these... 98se ME 95a/b/c i mean for comp speed/quality...and dont forget the hardware compatability... i know this is a HW quesiton...might as well post it here also...my new comp is using a new GFX card...possibly... which is better RAGE IIRC PRO or SIS650?
