anybody got accepted to FFXI beta?

i was just wondering because i got accepted and the CD's are just sitting there by my computer..............and im in europe.................i hate this...........anyways, if you got accept let me know you can maybe help me throught the game for awhile till i know whats up

Where do you go to sign up for the beta testing progam, I can't seem to find the location.

than again even if i did sign up i probaly wont be chosen as beta tester

yeah someone (don't remember who) was posting screens of his beta, install, and just getting to the in-game shots, when BAME, the thread is gone. I don't know what happened to it. I had the link saved, cuz I was subscribed to it, but it took me to a broken link. wierd huh?

Anyone in the Beta or import it use a PS2 controler? I want to get a USB adapter that will support the dual shock and work with ePSXe and FFXI.

Heh? I think for the Window version they use mouse and keyboard

. Besides, this is a Window version, so why using emulator ... and ePSXe isn't a PS2 emulator is you asked about FFXI PS2 version

Everyone else this FFXI forum(many importers/beta) says that you NEED to use a controler. Just about everyone agrees. You can play it with the keyboard and mouse though.

All the converters I find online either don't support forcefeedback or do, but not in Xp because the drivers are made for 2000. I was thinking that I could just install the 2000 drivers and hopefully they would work.

People on thoes forums recomended this one. http://store.yahoo.com/futureexpo/50501056.html It should work as people who actually have it say it works with FFXI and XP.
