I getting tired of seeing pop up ads.

Is there a software that blocks website addresses?

for explorer the best pop up blocker tool that i found was Pow!

the built in pop up blocker of mozilla sucks though... i want to block just some pop ups.. not every pop ups...

Disable the messenger service and use MyIE2. I don't worry about adds anymore. Even the spammers on MSN don't bother me as I'm invisible.

The pop-up blocker in Mozilla lets you either allow all pop-ups except those from the sites you specify in the preferences, or block all of them except those from the sites you specify in the preferences. This capability was added in before the 1.3 release and has been with Mozilla since.

Mozilla Firebird currently only let's you block all pop-ups and specify sites you don't want pop-ups to be blocked for. However, that'll likely be changed within a few releases.

yea, i know you could add sites but... it doesn't seem to work...

In Firebird, whenever a pop-up gets blocked, there will be a little icon on the bottom toolbar you can click to show the popup.

Agnitum's a pretty good program (http://www.agnitum.com/products/outpost). Not only will you get a really good firewall, but it'll block most ads (you can customize what it blocks, be it addresses or keywords). I'm sure it should also work with popups.
