Problems with .mdf files

Hmh, I have trouble to emulate/converting to ISO a .mdf file. Do anybody know how to fix it?

I downloaded the file.

.mdf files are alcohol files. Try loading it into alcohol's virtual drive and make an ISO out of it.

I really hope this is not a PSX .mdf you are talking about. You know the rules.

I will try that ...and no, its not an PSX game. I can say that with a absolute clear conscience.
