best free ftp software
well can you recommend a good ftp software that I can download? well it has to be a freeware since I can't afford to buy one at present...
and what is the best ftp software if its a shareware? just wanna know...

uhmm... if you have slow connection like 56k and less... would it affect your connection to the ftp server?
