Bt++

ju sso u guys kno theres a new version of bittorrent...

http://btplusplus.sourceforge.net/

it has more features u can have one window with multiple downloads in it... and and all the other good stuff... im using it now.. o yeh.. my favorite.. u can hid it in the taskbar

I never got this one to work myself.
I prefer to use the Experimental Bittorrent client if only because it minimises nicely to the tray.

I also use the experimental client. I like it becuase I can ration my bandwidth between downloads and so that upload speed doesn't sap my download speed since I am on a cable connection.

yes u can control the up speed... u can also control how many sources to conenct to.. and it does minimize to the tray... heres a screenshot of it..

BT++ looks pretty promising, but was terribly buggy and unstable last time I tried. I'll wait until it matures a bit more.
