VirtualDrive problem
Ok guys, See i installed the trial version of the virtualdrive onto my comptuer. Before that i was installing this program onto my computer, its called tell the time. Its one of those old programs where you can just turn your system clock back to cheat against the trial. Then of course i didnt notice that i didnt trn the clock back and I went ahead to install the virutal drive. Of course then i noticed it and turned it back. Then...when i tried to run VD, of course it didnt work...since the clock went back.
Ok, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled a registered version of it. But then it went all haywire. I tried removing all traces of it from he system registry but there is one part that windows wont allow me to delete. Is there anyway around this?

Or you could use system recovery to regress your registry to when you didn't have the program.

Try restoring the registry to the state before you installed.
If it doesn't then it probably doesn't save in the registry. Hey... why am I helping you crack? The reason why manual cleaning in the registry doesn't always work is because smarter programs tend to store sensitive info in CLASSID keys. They're tougher to track. |
