anypone can tell me any software that measures CPU temp?

thanks for all the help!
i just want to ask... i just bought this AMD ahtlon XP 2000+ and i don know how much heat this can handle... currently its idle at 49c and 55 at overload my hard drive is 38c idle and 42c at heat... is this reading good or bad?
