finish downloading this driver using [fresh download] but this msg shows if i install it this is the firstime that i dl an currup file

Probably a download manager. Download the file without using anything such as Download Accelerator or Getright.

you might wonna consider using DAP, but still like ninja said just download the file w/out using any proggies, much safer that way
