Nero dvd burning problem

Every time I try to burn a DVD-Video I get this message (see pic) , does anyone know any good alternatives or a way to solve this ?

Never mind , I didn't make a good backup , the vob were distorted and that was the reason I couldn't burn it.

Whew almost burned a DVD-disc (5$) which would have turned out not to work , Thank you Nero
