Anyone know of any Windows software taht will allow me to limit the bandwidth of clients sharing my net connection?

I know there ae Linux soloutions out there, but my machine don't run Linux, and the machine I'm planning to use currently has no memory, no graphics card and no keyboard.

you can use winroute its much easier to install not much configurations
