Strange Problem in Zelda:Ocarina of Time

I've got a very strange problem in this game.
In the forest temple there is a room in that you have to make a puzzle. Well, I do the puzzle but nothing happens.
In some guides I've read that once you make this an enemy appears, but for me nothing happens.
What I'm doing wrong?
I'm using UltraHLE with Clide2.4
I've posted an screenshot with the puzzle.
Please help me.

Since that I haven't played the game in quite some time I may be very mistaken, but I'm pretty certain that the block you have off to the side is used somewhere in the puzzle (for some reason I'm thinking it belongs at the bottom).

Do you say in this way?
Because nothing happens and it seems more logical to have the puzzle in the first way.
Anyway thank you.

It's a bug in the emu you must try to place the blocs elsewhere(try to move one of them just a bit)and the ghost should appear after several trys.
Bye.
