Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time question

For those who have played this game in UltraHLE:
I can only get 99 rupees. Do I need a special item to get more or is it an emulator problem?
I'm playing in UltraHLE with Clide2.4.

Hunt down some Skulltulas and visit the Skulltula house in Kari...Kar...that town next to Hyrule Castle

yup skultula's get 20 and u can get the adult's wallet from the skultula house in kakariko village and i think 60 and u get the giants wallet, can't remember exactly tho about the giants wallet
