@ruanViewer Performance/coverflow preview mode

Hi everyone!

am starting to feel good again so i took some time to code in the viewer again... what i did this time??? well iīve optimized the code and added a Performance mode which allows you to skip some extra animations and in that way get better results and finally people doesnīt have to complain anymore other than that i thought it would be a good idea to use @ESīs new coverflow classes and 3D coverflow to load previews of available pictures in the folder of the file opened.

enough blah, blah, blah... hereīs a video that shows the mentioned stuff and also shows some changes to the @ES GUI.

@Ruan, Can you take a look over here
Folding at Home - GPU interferes with nhancers redraw/gui painting. - nHancer Support Forum - Projects

Maybe you can have some idea's that would help grestorn improve the nhancer redraw/update performance. (i have a feeling it could be some kind of lack of incremental gui update function).
