So, he's asking if it's possible to make some "stand alone" version of a game? Yes, it's possible. Although, I wouldn't recommend doing so to play a game from a flashdrive. Since it would shorten its lifespan rather quickly.

Little Portable HDDs work best I find, but flash drives are cheap enough these days where he wouldn't be spending more than the cost of a 2-4GB drive for every 3-4 years of damaging use. Hell, if you go to college people practically leave them in the computer lab and never claim them. I have many flash drives that were strangely lacking a case and were all 1GB, so I took a hot glue gun and molded my own very stable and secure case

Perhaps he's referring to an "autorun" rather than bootable PC game. So thinstall is the application for the thread starter's request.
