Fullscreen on second screen?

Hi!
I have a little ugly problem. I have 2 monitors(TFT and my TV Screen). I enabled dual view(I extend TFT to TV). The problem is, that some programs will return on fullscrenn to my TFT and not to the TV. Thats horrible, I wanted to play N64(with 1964+newst rice plugin) and Zsnes on my couch. The funny thing is many others work(like Dolphin). But espacially the SNES and N64 programs dont work(I tried them out). Is there a solution for that????

Would be nice answering me!

I hope my problem is clear --> I´m German so my English is not good sry

the control panel allows you to select which device is primary. so swap them.
