If I recall correctly Win 9x can access up to 2Gb of ram total and can have a single HDD partition of up to 2Tb.
Not that we have such machines for oh say a year

if your useing win 98 or win98 SE i highly suggest downloading the program Cacheman.
it is a great little program that lets you manipulatre the disk cache (VCache) like limiting the max disk cache size used for file names and stuff like that \ --->>>Win2k all the way
