Need Help installing ATI Drivers on a laptop.

I have been working with my uncles laptop all day long and this is getting really frustrating. She told me it couldn't play videos and ask for my help. So i check and found out someone unistalled the video drivers. I download PCWizard and got the info i need it. Its a Mobilty Radeon 9200 IGP. I went to the offical ATI web page and look for the drivers there. The name was Catalyst or something. 46mbs and it didn't work. I tried to install it but it said it did not have any Video Drivers intalled (NO ****) and that i need to install a standard VGA driver first or something. Since then i have download 4 more drivers and 3 of them didn't work. The last one was called Omega Drivers. At first it looked like it work but it didn't. The computer did detect the hardware and you could see changes but when i went and try to play a couple of games in it all of them gave the same error. "Your System does not support 3d graphics" . What the hell i said. I went and check on dxdiag and found out Direct Draw and Direct Acceleration were all Disabled and i could not enable them. So i unistalled the Omega Drivers and now im back to step 1. Guys help me

Try Windows Update after deleting graphics driver. You could also try installing one after booting in safe mode.

Try to go to add/remove program and uninstall everything related to ATI driver, then install the complete driver again.

USE THE "Mobility Radeon" drivers! The normal Catalyst drivers will NOT work.

Then that would mean replacing the laptop...which is probably the last solution they'll want to go with

What brand is the laptop Noja? Have you tried downloading the video driver from the manufacturers website?

I tried Automatic Update but it didn't work. The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A85-S107. I checked on Toshiba but the video card listed is another one. Its this one Toshiba Support - Content Details

But PC Wizard says is a ATI Mobility Radeon™ 9200.

I downloaded this Download ATI Mobility Radeon 9000/9200/9600/9700 4.1 Driver for Windows 95/98/9X/ME/NT/2000/2K/XP/2003 - Softpedia

and it STILL did not work because someone messed up the description. Thats actually a Video Driver for a Radeon 9800 for a Dell Inspiron - 9100 XPS. So i am now downloading the driver from the Toshiba site. The ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 and HOPE, REALLY HOPE it finally works =\
