Good program for text fonts ?
I try MS PAINT but it is not good. For an example...
resolutation size is 80X8 and I have to zoom it to 8x to see text better so I erase it and type it but it wont let me to type it so I zoom it back to original size and I am able to type it but it is difficult because it is too small. HELP ? Thanks. EDIT: I need a program to make to ZOOM into a font to erase then type while ZOOM ?

I am afraid I can't understand what on earth you are saying despite your edit...
MS Word allows you to zoom into pages though...and type like that....as would Open office or pretty much any office program. Or in those programs you could type large and then just reduce the font size afterwards. I am not sure that's what you want though...if it's to add on to a picture specifically then GIMP or Paint.NET or pretty much any image editor which is not MS Paint should allow it. If you are just after random different fonts, then google around for free font sites and then download some fonts seperately and then place them in your fonts folder in your Windows directory... Or there are various different font previewers available for download aswell if you just want to look at the various different fonts on your PC, just google around a bit. I hope one of my suggested answers gives you your solution...if not then please find some other way of saying it.

You mean you don't already have it? I thought everybody had some sort of copy that came with their PC....
Well then try OpenOffice...as I said any office suite should work...

=/....so you were after an image editor afterall....well then GIMP or Paint.NET would be the way to go I guess.....
Sorry with the way you asked the question I can't understand what you are after so I just assumed you might want simply a way of writing text small.

GiMP doesn't have that exact option.
Why do you need it?

What color do you want it to be? Why not just use the bucket to color the backround?

No, that's not what I mean but thanks anyway. I figure it out and I understand now because it is difficult for me to figure it out and I got it. I really like GIMP. Neat program.

Okay, glad you figured it out
If you have anymore questions about GiMP, you can ask me as I also use GiMP.
