I suggest either Super (you only want a simple encode which this program can provide) or AutoGK or AutoMKV or VirtualDubMod.

Just be aware that encoding uses a lot of resources (especially CPU power) so it's best to let it run whilst you are not at your PC.

What program brings out the absolute best quality because I am using "All to AVI" and I am still quite happy but, sometimes my videos come out kinda pixilated.

Yeah, but it's more than that.

Like picking the right resolution, the right FPS, the correct codec to encode to, correct audio settings etc.

Encoding is really something you have to play around with on your own to find your own favourite size to quality ratio.
